All course fees are charged on a monthly basis.
Fees must be paid in advance, before the start of regular classes, after 2 free trial lessons.
Students/parents are responsible for covering all transfer or bank charges.
The listed fee is only for the teacher’s dedicated time and effort, not for the Qur’an itself.
All classes are conducted Monday to Friday (5 days/week).
Students may choose 3, 4, or 5 days per week depending on their availability.
Fee will vary according to the number of days selected.
Fees should be submitted before the 5th of every month to avoid disruption in classes.
If a student misses a class without prior notice, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Classes missed due to the teacher’s absence will be compensated on a mutually agreed day.
Official Islamic holidays (such as Eid or Ramadan breaks) are pre-scheduled and not counted as missed classes.
If a student wishes to pause or discontinue, advance notice of at least one week is required.
Sudden withdrawal without notice may result in cancellation of reserved class time.
In case of technical issues (internet/power outage), make-up classes will be arranged if informed timely.
Consistent late payments may lead to temporary suspension of classes until dues are cleared.
Students are expected to be punctual and regular in classes to ensure smooth learning progress.
Parents are encouraged to monitor younger students during online lessons for better focus.
Course timings are set according to mutual agreement; frequent schedule changes are not allowed.
In case of long absences (travel, exams, etc.), students may request a temporary hold, subject to approval.
Any misbehavior, disrespect, or misuse of class time may result in suspension of enrollment.
The institute reserves the right to revise fees or policies with prior notice.
